Larry H. Kirsch is a Founding Principal and Legal Counsel licensed in the State of Maryland and District of Columbia with more than 35 years of practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions and general business matters.
Mr. Kirsch has been a principal in the Law Offices of Larry H. Kirsch since 2000 and established Closing Day Settlements in 2008. Mr. Kirsch has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract preparation and negotiation to settlement, landlord/tenant law, commercial and residential leasing and foreclosure related matters.
Mr. Kirsch has represented local and national lenders in the preparation and negotiation of commercial real estate transactions and local, national and international clients with various real estate and business related matters. Mr. Kirsch has taught Business Law with an emphasis on real estate matters at a local Maryland college. Mr. Kirsch received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
